It is club policy that each member must submit their contact information each season.

The information allows the club to ensure that members can be kept informed of important club information (such as International Ticket availability, club social events & meetings) via email, that players are covered by RFU insurance, that there is an emergergy contact for players in case of accident or injury, and that the club can maintain up to date records on the RFU Game Management System. Information submitted will be handled in accordance with the club data protection policy.

  • • adhere to the RFU Core Values and to abide by club policies.
  • • inform the club of any changes to the above information.
  • • keep payment of fees up to date and understand that membership and/or the right to play for the club will be suspended if debts of £50 or more are accrued and remain suspended until debts are fully repaid.
